How does the 15-level recognition work?

Once a member places their first successful order, their genealogy locks and the system traces commissions up to 15 generations. If a level is missing or ineligible, that level simply skips—no redistribution—protecting every builder's structure.

When are commissions paid?

All weekly commissions finalize every Sunday at 00:00 (Asia/Phnom_Penh) and appear in your NSZ e-wallet. Reward Bonus (RB) credits convert to cash at the end of each quarter.

What happens if an order is refunded?

Refunded or cancelled orders automatically reverse commissions across the impacted levels in the same payout period, keeping payouts accurate and compliant.

Can new products join the plan immediately?

Yes. Every catalog item with a wholesale price is automatically included in commission, RB, and award calculations with no extra configuration.

How do RB units accumulate?

Each product contributes RB based on wholesale price tiers: $0.10 under $23, $0.50 for $23–$99, and $1.00 for $100+. RB value is determined by the quarterly pool size.

How can I stay compliant?

Members must remain active, verified, and compliant. Suspended accounts accrue nothing until reinstated. Our compliance desk monitors for integrity and will reach out if reviews are needed.
